To Patients: Life Sciences companies have been following a strong patient-centric model whereby the patient voice is incorporated at all stages of a product or device development. At Chase Partners, we believe that a strong understanding of the patient voice should also be considered when recruiting life science leaders. It is primarily for this reason, that we put so much emphasis on understanding their soft and hard skills.
To Candidates: Chase Partners incorporates at the end of our recruitment process an initial onboarding coaching program, which involves three sessions over 1 to 2 months. Afterward, our clients/candidates may choose to continue working with our coach to further their onboarding coaching with an extensive 6 to 12-month program. Overall, this coaching program aims to:
Encourage an immediate investment in building trusting relationships with key stakeholders
Offer a secure and confidential space for the new candidate to work through the isolation and the additional stress that frequently accompanies the transition to a new company and/or after relocation.
Help the new executive adapt his or her leadership style to a new organizational culture
To Clients: Retention is an important factor so in addition to our onboard coaching, we also offer an assessment of the innovation culture within the company and the candidates' alignment with it and their immediate team. This will entail working with two specialist KAI practitioners to on-board the candidate and the management team in the first three months.
