Jennifer Chase

CEO, and Managing Director, North America

Jennifer founded Chase Partners in 2019, to focused on recruiting leaders who are driven to change patient lives through creative development and innovation. With more than 25 years’ experience in international executive search, she has has held leadership roles for some of the world’s top global executive search consultancies. She worked in Boston, Paris and New York as Partner with both large and smaller boutique firms, including Witt Kieffer, and Heidrick & Struggles, Euromedica and earlier in her career, Korn Ferry. From 2000 to 2014,  while based in Paris, she gained extensive experience with a specialized boutique firm using her extensive knowledge in the life science industry to recruit outstanding talent for American clients across Europe and Asia. In addition to her executive search experience, she has worked in industry in sales, marketing and business development roles. In 2021, Chase Partners LLC opened a Paris based office.

Nick Hicks

Managing Director, Europe

Nick Hicks is Head of the Chase Partners, European operations based in their Paris office. Prior to moving into executive recruitment, Nick worked in patient engagement and patient advocacy advising companies on how to incorporate the patient voice to support research and commercial objectives. In 2005, after leaving Biogen, Nick trained as a business coach with the CoActive coaching school and had over 800 hours of executive coach experience. He is also an advanced practitioner of the KAI assessment tool for measuring a leaders problem solving style and the innovation climate of a company. Nick and Jennifer routinely use this as part of a recruitment strategy on certain leadership assignments.

Iris Grimm

For the past 20 years, Iris Grimm has been coaching leaders and supporting executives to increase performance and improve upon their teams’ output as well as provide work-life balance in their lives. She believes, “In order to create high-performing teams and inspiring organizations, leaders must first perform optimally and become inspired themselves, for they cannot give what they do not have within them.” Her specialties include emotional intelligence skills, work-life balance, better communication, mental fitness, and leadership skills. In addition, she developed an onboarding program supporting newly hired physicians in the first 3-6 months of their new employment.

Cheryl Jacobs is SVP, Executive Coach, Leadership Developer & Facilitator, MCG Partners. Chase-Partners and MCG Partners collaborate to offer our clients with additional services, such as the use of Predictive Index tools, to help better align our clients company culture and people strategy for increased company performance and candidate retention. She has over 25 years' experience leading teams and organizations to sustainable success. Cheryl is a certified Executive Coach through the International Coach Federation (ICF) and is a certified Analyst in the Predictive Index(r) (PI(r)) and DiSC(r). She is also certified in several 360 assessments.  She is also a faculty member of the Northeast Human Resource Association (NEHRA), a SHRM chapter.

Rob Sheffield

Rob Sheffield has worked in leadership development for 30 years. He is a director at Bluegreen Learning, a UK-based consultancy, and a Visiting Fellow at University of the West of England, supporting teaching and research into leadership and innovation. He works with leadership at all levels and examples of typical projects involve: helping clinicians, technicians or entrepreneurs make the shift to being influential organizational leaders; connecting innovation to strategy; helping leaders measure and improve the climate for innovation in their teams; developing team members’ skills for design-thinking; optimizing the cognitive diversity available.
