Jennifer Chase

Jennifer founded Chase Partners in 2019, to focus on recruiting leaders who are driven to change patient lives through creative development and innovation. With more than 25 years of experience in international executive search, she has held leadership roles for some of the world’s top global executive search consultancies. She worked in Boston, Paris, and New York as a Partner with both large and smaller boutique firms, including Witt Kieffer, Heidrick & Struggles, Euromedica, and earlier in her career, Korn Ferry. From 2000 to 2014,  while based in Paris, she gained extensive experience with a specialized boutique firm using her extensive knowledge in the life science industry to recruit outstanding talent for American clients across Europe and Asia. In addition to her executive search experience, she has worked in sales, marketing, and business development roles. In 2021, Chase Partners LLC opened a Paris-based office. At Chase Partners, Jennifer collaborates closely with Nick to incorporate these diverse skills and experiences into their recruitment strategy. Their novel approach to executive search, blending Jennifer's background in global executive search positions Chase Partners uniquely in the market, enabling them to identify and attract leaders who are not only skilled but also align with the culture of their clients.

Nick Hicks

Nick Hicks, as the Head of European Operations for Chase Partners, brings a distinctive approach to executive search from the Paris office, grounded in his rich and diverse background. Before venturing into executive recruitment, Nick's career was deeply rooted in patient engagement and advocacy. His role involved advising companies on effectively integrating the patient perspective to enhance both research and commercial objectives, providing him with a unique understanding of the healthcare and biotech industries. His journey took a transformative turn in 2005 after his tenure at Biogen. Nick pursued training as a business coach. Nick's expertise extends to his proficiency as an advanced practitioner of the KAI assessment tool, a renowned instrument for evaluating a leader's problem-solving style and the innovation climate within an organization. At Chase Partners, Nick collaborates closely with Jennifer to incorporate these diverse skills and experiences into their recruitment strategy. Their novel approach to executive search, blending Nick's background in patient advocacy, business coaching, and problem-solving assessment, positions Chase Partners uniquely in the market, enabling them to identify and attract leaders who are not only skilled but also align with the innovative and patient-centric ethos of their clients.

Iris Grimm

For the past 20 years, Iris Grimm has been coaching leaders and supporting executives to increase performance and improve upon their teams’ output as well as provide work-life balance in their lives. Dr. Iwan Jenkins, with his extensive background in Chemistry, has demonstrated exceptional prowess in problem-solving leadership, particularly in the realms of strategy, innovation, and marketing. Dr. Jenkins has spent the initial two decades of his career ascending through various techno-commercial positions across three continents and was instrumental in guiding blue-chip companies globally through Riot Point, a firm he founded to sharpen business strategies, marketing, sales efforts, and mergers and acquisitions. Dr. Jenkins' impactful work has not only led to numerous publications in both business and academic journals but also to his significant role as the chairman of the KAI Advisory Council. Currently, Dr. Jenkins is collaborating with Chase Partners LLC, leveraging his deep expertise to foster strategic innovations and solutions.
