How Can You Find AND Keep the Right Leaders in Life Sciences?
We all know that it’s both expensive to screen leadership candidates and difficult then to zero in on the best candidate to hire.
And if an executive leader leaves your organization either voluntarily or involuntarily due to poor fit it can become even more expensive and harder to find their replacement.
In this webinar we look at various ways to get a better understanding of a candidate’s soft skills during the hiring process, evaluating behavioral patterns to select those that fit a company’s culture.
Myself and Cheryl Jacobs, Senior Vice President at MCG Partners discuss using the Predictive Index, a validated tool for assessing behavior and a valuable addition to the difficult process of recruiting. Use of the Predictive Index offers greater insights for hiring decisions and ultimately improves how your team integrates, as well as helps with better short term performance and retention.
